Method: Sabse pehle, ek pan mein oil garam karein. Usmein garlic aur green chili daal kar halka bhunein. Ab ginger-garlic paste aur chopped vegetables add karein. 3-4 minute tak high flame par stir fry karein taaki vegetables thode crisp rahen. Phir soy sauce, chili sauce, salt aur pepper powder milayein. Ab vegetable broth daal kar 5 minute tak boil karein.

Cornflour ko thoda thanda pani mein dissolve karein aur us mixture ko soup mein dheere-dheere daalte hue continuously stir karte rahein. Jab soup thicken ho jaye, toh gas band kar dein. Garam-garam soup ko chopped spring onions se garnish karein.

Tips: Soup ko zyada patla ya zyada gaadha na banayein. Cornflour dhyan se add karein, warna lumps ban sakte hain. Agar aap vegetarian nahi hain toh chicken broth bhi use kar sakte hain.
