Dough ke liye:

  • Maida – 2 cup

Sabse pehle maida mein daalo salt, ajwain aur oil. Haath se ache se mix karo jab tak woh wet sand jaise feel na ho. Ab thoda thoda pani daal kar tight dough banao. Cover karke 30 min ke liye rest karo.

Ek pan mein thoda oil garam karo. Jeera daalo, phir green chili aur ginger. Ab mashed aloo daalo, saath mein green peas. Add karo haldi, lal mirch, garam masala, aur salt. Achhe se mix karo. Ant mein thoda lemon juice ya amchur powder daalo aur coriander se garnish karo.
